Ten Steps of Winter Kayak Fishing 1. Research the most suitable mark. 2. Identify the target species'. 3. Dump stuff by the door that isn't stored in the car already. 4. Rig tackle for #2. 5. Gather all the necessary gizmos and things that go beep or look cool. 6. Raid the freezer for bait. 7. Drive over to #1 exchanging speed limits for tidal considerations 8. Observe landlubber angler with tent from the top of the ramp. Note this is Hopton, not Tramps, that's because I’m heading south with the tide. 9.
